Hon. Dr Musenero Monica Masanza the minister of Science,Technology and Innovation and also National Resistance Movement Chairperson of Butebo District has said that Butebo has turn yellow town as president Yoweri Kaguta Museveni who double as flag bearer of the National Resistance Movement party is excepted to address a campaign rally Tomorrow at the district head quarters.
President who intends to begin his Campaign Trail tomorrow in Bukedi sub-Region with Pallisa and Butebo District.
Minister Musenero added that ahead of president visit , Residents expect the head of the state to address some of the pressing issues in the district and region have been grappling with and great achievements of 40 years of the NRM regime like parish development model and Uganda women empowerment program.
Dr Musenero urged the locals to turn up in large numbers to welcome President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on 12th November at the district headquarters.as he seek for another term to “Protecting the Gains.”

He stressed that security is too stiff,calls for more support of the NRM party leadership because government is committed to implement several programs for better livelihood.
