MBALE CITY: Christians urged to embrace Forgiveness and Reconciliation.

Reflecting on Christ's agony and sacrifice in Gethsemane with his disciples,christians have been called upon to forgive and reconcile with those they have wronged in their lives as we celebrate Easter festival.

Bishop John Wilson Nandaah  of Mbale Diocese while giving his good Friday message yesterday at St Andrew's cathedral mbale highlighted on the prevailing hatred,anger,conflicts among families and workplaces,calling upon christians to forgive and reconcile with one another as they emulate Christ's example of pardoning those who wronged him on the cross.

Nandaah,stressed the importance of recognizing one’s flaws while remembering that Christ, who endured various humiliations on the Cross, offers salvation from the forces of darkness. 

He also asked government to put across strict laws for fight against corruption which is on rise in the country.

Bishop Phillip Charo of the New Generation Church in Kinduda Cell ,Namatala ,Industrial City division Mbale City  also encouraged Christians to always repent for they sins so that God forgives their inequities .

He also noted that the blood of Jesus Christ took our the sins of the world so christians need to Share God's love with one another as their celebrate the Christ's death and resurrection.
