Budadiri West Parliamentary hopeful Isaac Masanga kidasa set to transform Sironko district

Budadiri West Nrm Flag bearer and Parliamentary hopeful Isaac Masanga kidasa  has called for urgent and deliberate efforts to transform the constituency.

Advocate Isaac Masanga kidasa a senior lawyer and Businessman in Bugisu Sub-Region who has declared his bid for the Parliamentary seat in 2026 on the National Resistance Movement (NRM) ticked says that the constituency’s former glory has to be restored.

Counsel Masanga a born of Mafudu village, Mafudu parish and Mafudu sub county who recently won the NRM ticket against several candidates and a continued cadre, Mobilizer of the ruling Party National Resistance Movement (NRM)says that it is time to put things right in Sironko.

Mother: Watsemba Rosemary (Rtd Head teacher in Masabaland).

Honorable Masanga holds Masters of law , certificate in international law & arbitration UCSssc.

Counsel Masanga is managing partner of Masanga &Co.advocates 

In 2013 ,He was warden legal Uganda wildlife Authority and lecturer faculty of law at Islamic university in Uganda (IUIU).

He currently serve as board and found member of Natural resource conservation network.

Masanga has outlined objectives aimed at modernizing Sironko. He acknowledges that while major projects fall under government jurisdiction, his priority areas include health, education, youth empowerment, and income-generating activities.

“A healthy community is a strong community,” Masanga asserts, pledging to advocate for improved healthcare services. His plan includes ensuring that all healthcare workers, regardless of cadre, are well-motivated and that health facilities are better equipped with vital medical tools. He also emphasizes preventive care initiatives to reduce disease burden and improve overall public health.

Drawing from his expertise in Resource mobilization, Humanities, Masanga understands the gaps in health prioritization. He vows to push for policies that place healthcare at the forefront of Sironko development agenda.

Masanga says that he is equally dedicated to enhancing education opportunities for the youth. His strategy involves improving school infrastructure, ensuring access to quality education, and fostering skills development that aligns with the evolving job market. He envisions a future where Sironko’s youth are well-equipped to compete both locally and globally.

He further revealed that he plans to engage government agricultural extension workers to periodically visit communities and accelerate government programs such as the Parish Development Model (PDM), Emyooga, and GROW initiatives.

“God has raised a generational leader with diverse development plans for the sustainability of Sironko District,” said Micheal Kisolo one of his supporters.
