MBALE CITY:KCB Bank Gives Back To Moslems

KCB Bank Mbale branch has given  food items worth 4 Millions to support Muslims at masjid Noor in mbale city.

The items include rice,maize flour,wheat flour,soap,sugar,salt and cooking oil among others.

Alex Ogol the manager KCB bank Mbale branch while speaking during the delivery of the items, highlighted that giving out such donations is major corporate social responsibility towards communities most especially during this period of fasting among Muslims in order to break the fasting smoothly.

"It was necessary for us to run and mobilize some resources to offer sadaq in this period of Ramadan,and we shall continue doing the same as we have served in different sectors, like education"ogol said

Deputy Imam of masjid Noor sheikh Abdullah Masaba appreciated KCB bank for food donation.

He also commended the bank for remembering that among those fasting, they have customers there who needs to be supported with Iftar.

Hamza Banja deputy RCC for Mbale industrial city division applauded the KCB bank for tremendous work in supporting communities during this period of Ramadan,

He further encouraged other corporate companies and individuals to follow the  same spirit of supporting the vulnerable people in various destinations as we head closer to end  of fasting period hence achieve more blessing from Allah.

Banja also advised people to open accounts with KCB bank following it's commitment in helping the community.
